SlashMan stared right back at the other robot, directly into that single red optic as he lay on his side atop an elevated surface, propped up by an elbow and resting the side of his face on his palm. He was considerably more relaxed, not that Slash could tell that the other was wary. That gaze he watched looked ‘soulless.’
“Ain’t anyone ever tell you it’s rude ta stare? Might get you in trouble. Some bots don’t take too kindly to it. You got somethin’ to say, then just say it.” Slash looked bored. He wasn’t expecting much from a Sniper Joe.
Jack wasn’t sure if it should take offense to that or not, What if it was one of the voiceless many? It figured Slash didn’t mean much by it though, he was probably expecting little more than a drone after all.
It suddenly shrugs, moving forward. “Statement: If this unit had much to say, it would have blurted it from the moment it saw you. Flatly: As for staring, it is rather hard not to.” The sniper gestured to its optic.

Jack was rightfully wary of the new machine. The model didn’t exist in its home universe, and given the way most reacted to snipers… it was prepared to take a defensive stance if necessary. For now, it watched. If it was lucky, things would go smoothly and there would be no need for a confrontation.
